Two very close family members that share the same love of fashion decided to join forces and open up a boutique that caters to all. We like to call our fashion squad, Junkie Girls. We know so many fashionista's out there can relate to being a fashion Junkie!

If you have made a purchase and are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange almost all items purchased for store credit or exchanges only. The request must be made within 3 days of delivery of item(s). It is to the discretion of Southern Junkie Boutique to use better judgement of all request. Once a request has been authorized you have 14 days to return the

item(s) to us.


 If the product is not in stock there is a possibility that we may not carry your product again. You then will have to exchange the item for another product. The quicker you inform us about an exchange the more likely your item will be in stock.

Please review the following rules and exceptions for acceptable exchanges.

  • Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.

  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for exchanges or store credit. The following is classified as final sale items:

    • Intimates, Jewelry, and all other items under “Accessories”

    • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale

    • Gift cards

    • Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart

  • Must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

SJB is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back at your own expense. We will make every effort to contact you about ineligible returns and during this time we will hold ineligible item(s) for 30 days. After 30 days, the item(s) will become property of SJB.

General Information

  • We work to ship out orders the next business day after the order has been placed. If orders are placed by 4:00 p.m. they will be shipped next business day. All orders are sent via USPS. 

  • All orders up to $99.00 have a flat rate fee of $ 5.00.

  • All orders 0ver $99.00 include free shipping.

  • Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

  • Local pick-up. Will receive message for P/U instructions.

  • $5.00 shipping for orders under $99 and free over $99 delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • $14.00 `1-3 Day Express shipping with estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

  • $23.00 Overnight Express shipping with estimated delivery within 1 business day.

  • Same Day shipping available on orders placed by 2 p.m. Central Time Zone.

  • Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery dates for ‘Free’ and ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.

  • Once the package has left our warehouse, Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days.  Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.

  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records. You wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
